What We Do
Advisory
We consult to public and private sector clients on entrepreneurship ecosystem development objectives in Southern Africa. Our advisory services include assistance in developing programs and structures that foster entrepreneurship for the betterment of job and economic growth in the respective countries.

We invest across the green economy value chain of Southern Africa. Green economy in line with United Nations definition entails:

Meet our Fearless Founder.
Khomotšo Grace Legodi
Khomotšo Grace Legodi (“KGL”) grew up in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo Province, South Africa in a Northern Sotho family consumed by fear during apartheid. Her parents were born in between 1949-1950, which was the start of the formal apartheid laws in South Africa. Despite spending two thirds of their lives under divisive restrictive laws as a teacher (Dad) and social worker (Mom), her parents ensured that her along with her 3 older brothers were not defined by the past. Her parents made sacrifices to ensure they had the best education to set them up for success in all their different chosen career paths. KGL was born during a time that emerged her as the only one in the family to experience the liberating embrace of a “free” world starting from kindergarten, which inspired her to embody fearlessness with global aspirations. This is the story behind the name, Fearless Girl Global.
KGL today has over 10 years global investment experience, 5 years of which was spent working in Mergers & Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs International based in New York and Johannesburg. She transitioned from investment banking to venture capital in 2020 in various roles whilst completing a Masters in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris (Summa Cum Laude) in 2023. Undergrad was a Bachelor Business Science, Finance (Honours) Degree from UCT on a full Gallagher Foundation Scholarship in 2008. She matriculated from Capricorn High School as 1st black Captain of School (i.e. head girl) and Valedictorian in 2004.
